Tobacco Control (Schedule 1 Amendment) Regulations 2016 (B.R. 108/2016)
COMMENTS: The Tobacco Control (Schedule 1 Amendment) Regulations 2016 amends the Tobacco Control Act 2015 by clarifying that smoking is permitted in the outdoor spaces of specified premises and extending the ban on smoking to include the premises of the national library and youth library.
