Advertising Act (as amended through November 21, 2018)
COMMENTS: The Advertising Act regulates advertising generally in Estonia. Relevant to tobacco control, the Act prohibits nearly all forms of tobacco advertising. It has been amended several times; the versions uploaded here include amendments made up to November 21, 2018.
