Supreme Decree No. 001-2011-SA, Amending Regulation of Law No. 28705
COMMENTS: Supreme Decree No. 001-2011-SA, Amending Regulation of Law No. 28705 approved by Supreme Decree No. 015-2008-SA and amended by Supreme Decree No. 001-2010-SA, amends the Regulations in light of the amendments to Law No. 28704 by Law No. 29517. These amendments introduce 100% smoke free environments and require health warnings on both principal display areas of tobacco product packaging, among other things.
