Decree No. 2018-217 of June 5, 2018 Concerning the Packaging and Labeling of Tobacco and Its Derivative Products
COMMENTS: Decree No. 2018-217 contains implementing details for health warnings and messages required to appear on tobacco product packaging. However, an administrative order detailing the exact size, location/placement, and contents of the warnings has not yet been issued.
