Education (Scotland) Act 1980 (c. 44)
COMMENTS: The Education (Scotland) Act 1980 regulates education and, among other things, provides a definition of âeducational establishmentâ that is applicable to the ban on smoking contained in the Prohibition of Smoking in Certain Premises Regulations 2006.
