COMMENTS: The European Union (Manufacture, Presentation and Sale of Tobacco and Related Products) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 amend the European Union (Manufacture, Presentation and Sale of Tobacco and Related Products) Regulations 2016 to prohibit characterizing flavors in heated tobacco products.
