Free-to-Air Television Programme Code

COMMENTS: The Free-to-Air Television Programme Code is one of several codes of practice issued by the Infocomm Media Development Authority. The Code outlines the general standards to be observed by broadcasters of free-to-air television. Relevant to tobacco control, the Code includes guidelines that address the depiction of tobacco products in children’s programs and awarding tobacco products as contest prizes.
