COMMENTS: G.S.R. 1866(E) authorizes certain officers, in addition to those already designated in COTPA, to carry out the entry, search, and seizure provisions in COTPA Section 12 (with respect to any violation of the Act) and Section 13 (with respect to violations of tobacco product packaging and advertising).
