Ministry of Health and Family Welfare Notification G.S.R. 400(E), May 31, 2023
COMMENTS: G.S.R. 400(E) announces the Cigarettes and other Tobacco Products (Prohibition of Advertisement and Regulation of Trade and Commerce, Production, Supply and Distribution) Amendment Rules, 2023. Once in effect, these rules will require health warnings and disclaimers to appear in any online curated content displaying tobacco products or their use.
To the best of our knowledge, all laws provided here are in effect as of July 27, 2024 unless otherwise noted.
