COMMENTS: G.S.R. 708(E) announces the Cigarettes and other Tobacco Products (Prohibition of Advertisement and Regulation of Trade and Commerce, Production, Supply and Distribution) Amendment Rules, 2012. These rules amend provisions governing the display of tobacco products or their consumption in film and television. The uploaded files contain the notification in both Hindi and English.
