Info-Communications Media Development Authority Act 2016
COMMENTS: The Info-Communications Media Development Authority Act 2016 established the Info-Communications Media Development Authority (IMDA) in 2016, merging two previous agencies into one entity. In addition to establishing the IMDA, the Act outlines the IMDA’s functions and powers, including the power to issue codes of practice for a variety of broadcast media.
