Joint Order No. 0001 of January 3, 2018 Laying Down the Rules for the Packaging and Labeling of Tobacco Products
COMMENTS: Joint Order No. 0001 of January 3, 2018 Laying Down the Rules for the Packaging and Labeling of Tobacco Products establishes the requirements related to pictorial health warning labels and other aspects of packaging and labeling. Although these requirements were scheduled to enter into force on January 3, 2019, it is our understanding that the government delayed implementation to June 12, 2019.
To the best of our knowledge, all laws provided here are in effect as of July 27, 2024 unless otherwise noted.
