Regulations no. 141 of 6 February 2003 on the contents and labelling of tobacco products (as amended)
COMMENTS: Regulations no. 141 of 6 February 2003 on the contents and labelling of tobacco products were issued under the Tobacco Control Act and regulate tobacco packaging and labeling. The regulations have been amended several times, and this version includes amendments made by Regulations no. 1245 of 24 September 2009. Subsequent amendments were made in 2017 and 2020, and can be found below.
