Law No. 003/2018 Establishing Rwanda Food and Drugs Authority and Determining its Mission, Organisation and Functioning
COMMENTS: Law No. 003/2018 establishes the Rwanda Food and Drugs Authority and grants the FDA the authority to regulate the manufacture, import, export, distribution, sale, and use of products regulated under the law, including tobacco products. Both the Original Language and the English Translation files contain the law in Kinyarwanda, English, and French.
