Ministerial Order No. 20/34 of 09/06/2015 Determining the Content and Design of the Warning to Be Put on the Package of Tobacco and Tobacco Products
COMMENTS: Ministerial Order No. 20/34 of June 9, 2015 prescribes the characteristics of health warnings required to appear on all tobacco product packaging. The order also contains other requirements related to packaging and labeling, such as the ban on misleading terms and descriptors. Both the Original Language and the English Translation files contain the law in Kinyarwanda, English, and French.
