COMMENTS: Decree of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 14 September 2001 was issued pursuant to the Act of November 9, 1995 on Protection of Public Health Against the Effects of Tobacco Use. The decree regulates smoking in detention and deportation facilities, and refugee facilities.
