Proclamation No. 143/2004 to Provide for Tobacco Control
COMMENTS: Proclamation No. 143/2004 is the principal law governing tobacco control in Eritrea. The law regulates smoke free places; tobacco advertising, promotion and sponsorship; and tobacco packaging and labeling.
