Rapid Transit Systems Regulations (as amended)
COMMENTS: Relevant to tobacco control, the Rapid Transit Systems Regulations prohibit individuals from smoking or carrying a lighted tobacco product where doing so is expressly prohibited by notice. The regulations also establish sanctions and grant enforcement authority. The regulations were amended in 2003.
