Regulations no. 2069 of 23 June 2021 repealing Regulations No. 1044 of 13 October 1989 on the prohibition against new tobacco and nicotine products
COMMENTS: Regulations no. 2069 of 23 June 2021 repeal Regulations No. 1044 of 13 October 1989 on the prohibition against new tobacco and nicotine products. However, under the transitional provisions of Regulations no. 2131 of 17 June 2021 (as amended), the import and sale of e-cigarettes and refill containers with nicotine are prohibited until July 1, 2023.
To the best of our knowledge, all laws provided here are in effect as of July 27, 2024 unless otherwise noted.
