Health Services (Smoking) Regulations, 2017
COMMENTS: The Health Services (Smoking) Regulations are the primary instrument addressing smoke-free areas, protection of minors, and tobacco advertising and promotion. The regulations designate certain areas as smoke-free, restrict certain forms of advertising and promotion, and announce the powers of inspectors.
