Tobacco Act (RT I 2005, 29, 210) (as amended through December 16, 2020)

COMMENTS: The Tobacco Act is the primary tobacco control law in Estonia. It regulates smoke-free environments; promotional practices and tobacco sponsorship; health warnings labels; contents and emissions; disclosures; sales restrictions; and e-cigarettes. The Act has been amended several times, most recently in December 2020.
