COMMENTS: Regulations no. 1446 of 21 September 2017 on the registration and supervision of the sale of tobacco products, etc., also known as the "Tobacco Sales Regulations", contain sales restrictions applicable to both retail sale and wholesale. The regulations include restrictions designed to prevent sales to minors.
