Public Health (Tobacco) (General and Combined Warnings) Regulations 2011 (S.I. No. 656 of 2011)
COMMENTS: The Public Health (Tobacco) (General and Combined Warnings) Regulations 2011 (S.I. No. 656 of 2011) establish the requirements for health warnings, mandating pictorial health warnings on smoked tobacco products as of February 1, 2013. The regulations have since been repealed by the European Union (Manufacture, Presentation and Sale of Tobacco and Related Products) Regulations 2016.
