Sanders v. Rezek

A condominium owner sued his neighbor for exposure to secondhand smoke drifting into his home. The court issued a one-year restraining order prohibiting the neighbor from smoking within 25 feet of his neighbor’s home or in any room in the condominium complex that shares an air duct or ventilation system with the complaining resident’s home.
