Decree No. 01-285 prohibits smoking in the uncovered places in educational facilities frequented by students.
Under Law No. 18-11, smoking is prohibited in public places. The implementing details are to be established in regulations. Until those are issued, the implementing regulations issued under Law No. 85-05, including those specified above, remain in effect.
