Tobacco Product
Tobacco product: the tobacco products (modified or unmodified genetically) or partially from tobacco that are used to smoke, inhale via nose, inhale, chew or any other kind of consumption.
The definition of “tobacco products” contained in the law aligns with the FCTC definition.
Any product entirely or partly made of the leaf tobacco as a raw material which is manufactured to be used for smoking, sucking, chewing, or snuffing. (FCTC Art. 1(f))
Outside Packaging and Labeling
Packaging and external labeling: the packaging and labeling used in retail products sales.
The definition of “packaging and external labeling” contained in the law aligns with the FCTC definition because it covers any packaging used in the retail sale.
