Tobacco Control Law (Amended)
COMMENTS: The Tobacco Control Law (Amended) was originally issued in 2009, with extensive amendments in December 2021. The government published a new amended version of the law. The law regulates, among other things, smoking in public places, packaging and labeling of tobacco products, and tobacco advertising, promotion and sponsorship. In addition, the law bans the sale of heated tobacco products and e-cigarettes.
