The Tobacco Regulations
COMMENTS: The Tobacco Regulations are the implementing regulations issued under Tobacco Products Act (2008) and contain specific requirements for smoke free places; tobacco advertising, promotion and sponsorship; and packaging and labeling of tobacco products, among other things.
