Sales Restrictions

Violators of the vending machine sales ban are subject to destruction and confiscation of tobacco products and the immediate closure of the place of sale for 3 days. In case of repeat violations, the duration of closure of the place is increased to 6 days.
Location-based Sales Restrictions
Tobacco sales are not restricted by location; therefore, there are no associated penalties.
Minimum Retail Package Size
The law does not regulate the minimum size of tobacco product packages; therefore, there are no associated penalties.
Minimum Legal Sales Age
