Sales Restrictions
Violations for selling tobacco products other than face-to-face are punishable by a fine from 120 to 150 conventional units when applied to a physical person, or a fine from 450 to 500 conventional units when applied to a legal entity.
Location-based Sales Restrictions
Violations for selling tobacco products in prohibited places (commercial establishments that are smaller than 20 m^2 and are located within 200 meters of an educational or healthcare facility) are punishable by a fine from 15 to 30 conventional units when applied to a physical person, a fine from 20 to 50 conventional units when applied to the person in charge, or a fine from 150 to 250 conventional units when applied to a legal entity.
Minimum Retail Package Size
(e.g., seizure of the product, publication of the violation/violator)
Violations related to products not packed and labeled according to the legal provisions are punishable by a fine from 78 to 90 conventional units applied to the natural person, or a fine from 270 to 300 conventional units applied to the legal person, with the deprivation of the right to carry out a certain activity for a period from 6 months to one year.
Minimum Legal Sales Age
Violations of the ban on sales to persons below the age of 18 are subject to a fine of 120 to 150 conventional units.
