COMMENTS: Supreme Decree No. 015-2008-SA, Regulations of Law No. 28705, was issued under and implements Law No. 28705. It regulates smoke free environments; tobacco advertising, promotion and sponsorship; and tobacco packaging and labeling.
Supreme Decree No. 001-2010-SA, Amending Regulation of Law No. 28705
COMMENTS: Supreme Decree No. 001-2010-SA, Amending Regulation of Law No. 28705 approved by Supreme Decree No. 015-2008-SA, amends the Regulations to Law No. 28705. Certain provisions of this Decree, such as the provision allowing designated smoking areas, were repealed by Supreme Decree No. 001-2011-SA.

Supreme Decree No. 001-2011-SA, Amending Regulation of Law No. 28705
COMMENTS: Supreme Decree No. 001-2011-SA, Amending Regulation of Law No. 28705 approved by Supreme Decree No. 015-2008-SA and amended by Supreme Decree No. 001-2010-SA, amends the Regulations in light of the amendments to Law No. 28704 by Law No. 29517. These amendments introduce 100% smoke free environments and require health warnings on both principal display areas of tobacco product packaging, among other things.

COMMENTS: Ministerial Resolution No. 469-2011 provides the 12 authorized health warnings and graphics as well as the establishing the two health warnings and graphics for that rotation period.
