Sales Restrictions
A violation of the restriction on vending machines is subject to a fine of not less than 5,000 pesos or imprisonment of not more than 30 days. For repeat offenses, "both penalties shall apply in addition to the revocation of business licenses or permits in the case of a business entity or establishment." In addition, if the violation is by a business entity, the "owner, president, manager, or the most senior officers thereof shall be held liable for the offense."
Location-based Sales Restrictions

For repeat offenses, "both penalties shall apply in addition to the revocation of business licenses or permits in the case of a business entity or establishment." In addition, if the violation is by a business entity, the "owner, president, manager, or the most senior officers thereof shall be held liable for the offense."
Minimum Retail Package Size
The law does not regulate the minimum size of tobacco product packages; therefore, there are no associated penalties.
Minimum Legal Sales Age
A person who sells tobacco products to a minor is subject to a fine of not less than 5,000 pesos or imprisonment of not more than 30 days.
