The following warnings must appear on smoked tobacco products:

(1) Smoking harms people next to you;

(2) Tobacco use kills;

(3) Tobacco harms your unborn baby;

(4) Tobacco use causes cancer;

(5) Tobacco use causes heart disease;

(6) Tobacco use causes lung disease;

(7) Tobacco use is addictive;

(8) This product can cause gum disease and tooth loss;

(9) This product can cause mouth cancer;

(10) Tobacco use causes impotence;

(11) Tobacco use causes miscarriages;

(12) Tobacco use causes infertility in women;

(13) Tobacco use causes mental retardation in children.

For smokeless tobacco products:

(1) "WARNING: This product can cause mouth cancer";

(2) "WARNING: This product can cause gum disease and tooth loss";

(3) "WARNING: This product is not a safe alternative to cigarettes";

(4) "WARNING: Smokeless tobacco is addictive".
