E-cigarettes are authorized and regulated under UAE.S 5030:2018 – Electronic Nicotine Products (Equivalents of Traditional Tobacco Products).
There are several outlets reporting that e-cigarettes are regulated under Federal Law No. 15 of 2009. However, we have not been able to verify this.
