Tobacco Product
“Tobacco product" means any product entirely or partly made from the leaf of the tobacco as raw material which is manufactured to be used for smoking, sucking, chewing or snuffing.

“Outside package and labeling” means any packaging and labeling used in the retail sale of a tobacco product.
The definition of “outside packaging and labeling” contained in the law aligns with the definition of “outside packaging and labeling” provided in FCTC Art. 11(4).

Health Warning or Warning
“Health warning” or “warning” means the prescribed pictorial and textual information required to be displayed on tobacco packaging and labeling about the health or other effects of tobacco use or exposure to tobacco smoke or other relevant messages, such as information about quitting.
The definition of “health warning” or “warning” is relevant because such warnings are required for tobacco packaging and labeling.
