Sales Restrictions

Violations of sales restrictions are punishable by fines, as prescribed in the regulations for violations, or in lieu of a fine, warnings for first offenses and license suspension, cancellation, revocation, or limitation. Also, the law allows for the confiscation, forfeiture, and destruction of any tobacco products which do not comply with the product requirements of the Tobacco Control Act or regulations.
