The law does not define the term “e-cigarette.” However, Order 3226/2011 describes e-cigarettes. In addition, Decree 602/2013 clarifies that “products for smoking that are not made from tobacco, such as e-cigarettes …” are to be considered “tobacco products” under Law 26687.
