By federal regulations, the owner or operator of an airport has a duty to enforce smoking prohibitions in airports.
The National Transport Commission; Operator of an interstate bus line
By federal regulations, the National Transport Commission and the operator of an interstate bus line have a duty to enforce smoking prohibitions on interstate buses.
State and Territory Departments of Health
In States and Territories, the local Department of Health has jurisdiction over enforcement of smoking restrictions and prohibitions.
