Smoke Free Status of Outdoor Places
Within five meters away from exit of workplaces and enclosed public places
The law prohibits smoking within five meters from the exit of an indoor workplace or public place.
The law aligns with FCTC Art. 8 and the FCTC Art. 8 Guidelines, which require Parties to adopt effective measures to provide for protection from exposure to tobacco smoke in indoor workplaces, public transport, indoor public places "and, as appropriate, other public places."
On the campuses of health facilities, educational facilities, nurseries, children's parks, public parks, religious facilities, museums, historical cultural resorts, and gas stations and other flammable places
