The law prohibits smoking in or on any means of public transport, whether or not it is carrying a member of the public.

Government facilities
The law prohibits smoking in all indoor public places and workplaces. The terms "public place" and "workplace" are broadly defined. Therefore, the law prohibits smoking in government facilities.
