Most violations of the Law on Advertising are punishable by: (1) for physical persons, a fine in the amount of 60 monthly calculation indices; (2) for officials, a fine in the amount of 80 monthly calculation indices; (3) for small businesses and non-profits, a fine in the amount of 120 monthly calculation indices; (4) for medium-sized businesses, a fine in the amount of 170 monthly calculation indices; and (5) for large businesses, a fine in the amount of 450 monthly calculation indices.
A repeat offense within a one-year period is punishable by: (1) for physical persons a fine in the amount of 30 monthly calculation indices; (2) for small businesses and non-profits, a fine in the amount of 50 monthly calculation indices; (3) for medium-sized businesses, a fine in the amount of 80 monthly calculation indices; and (4) for large business, a fine in the amount of 200 monthly calculation indices.
A violation of the prohibition on prize drawings and lotteries associated with tobacco products is punishable as follows: (1) for physical persons, a fine in the amount of 35 monthly calculation indices; (2) for officials, a fine in the amount of 70 monthly calculation indices; (3) for small businesses and non-profits, a fine in the amount of 100 monthly calculation indices; (4) for medium-sized businesses, a fine in the amount of 200 monthly calculation indices; and (5) for large businesses, a fine in the amount of 400 monthly calculation indices.
A violation of provisions prohibiting imitation tobacco products is punishable by: (1) for physical persons, a fine in the amount of 15 monthly calculation indices; (2) for small businesses, a fine in the amount of 25 monthly calculation indices; (3) for medium-sized businesses, a fine in the amount of 40 monthly calculation indices; and (4) for large businesses, a fine in the amount of 100 monthly calculation indices.
