E-Cigarette
“Electronic systems of consumption (vapes)” means electronic systems of nicotine delivery and electronic systems for the delivery of non-nicotine products, which means devices (including electronic cigarettes) that use electronic technology (a battery) to heat a fluid (in cartridges, reservoirs and other containers) containing or not containing nicotine, or to heat other chemical substances and flavorings to produce an aerosol inhaled by the user.
The law does not include a standalone definition of "e-cigarette." Instead, the law defines "electronic systems of consumption" to include e-cigarettes and their devices.
Flavoring for electronic systems of consumption (vapes)
“Flavoring for electronic systems of consumption (vapes)” means any ingredient or combination of substances of a natural or artificial origin which are delivered by means of accessories or other various methods and materials in order to enhance the taste and smell of the products of electronic systems of consumption (vapes), including the smell of an emitted aerosol (smoke, vapor).

“Advertising” means information disseminated and/or placed in any form using any means and intended for an indeterminate group of people and called upon to generate and maintain interest toward a physical or legal entity, goods, trademarks, labor, or services and to promote their realization.
