E-Cigarette
“Electronic systems of consumption” includes electronic systems of nicotine delivery and electronic systems for the delivery of non-nicotine products, which means devices (including electronic cigarettes) that use electronic technology (a battery) to heat a fluid (in cartridges, reservoirs and other containers) containing or not containing nicotine, or to heat other chemical substances and aromatics to produce an aerosol inhaled by the user.
The law does not include a standalone definition of "e-cigarette." Instead, the law defines "electronic systems of consumption" to include e-cigarettes and their devices.

“Advertising” means information disseminated and/or placed in any form using any means and intended for an indeterminate group of people and called upon to generate and maintain interest toward a physical or legal entity, goods, trademarks, labor, or services and to promote their realization.
