There is no law governing the retail sale of tobacco products or retail tobacco product specifications. Therefore, the law does not require, nor does it grant any authority to require, disclosure of information on the contents or emissions of cigarettes by manufacturers and importers to the government authorities.

To align with FCTC Art. 10 and the FCTC Arts. 9 & 10 Partial Guidelines, the law should require disclosure by manufacturers and importers to government authorities of information on the contents and/or ingredients used in the manufacture of their cigarettes.
