HTPs are regulated subject to the Control of Smoking Products For Public Health Act 2024, which contains a definition of tobacco products that is inclusive of HTPs. In addition, the Packaging And Labelling Regulations 2024 and the Control Of Sale Regulations 2024 issued under the Act specifically regulate “heated products”.
