COMMENTS: Decision of the Minister of Public Health of December 9, 2013 No. 4061/13 establishes the first round of pictorial health warnings required to appear on cigarette packaging, in addition to establishing other packaging and labeling requirements.
Decree of the Minister of Public Health of March 31, 2017
COMMENTS: Decree of the Minister of Public Health of March 31, 2017 repeals Decision of the Minister of Public Health of November 10, 2016 No. 3553, which had established the second set of pictorial health warnings. The decision was repealed because of printing errors, and new warnings were subsequently issued in a decree dated May 3, 2018.

COMMENTS: Decision of the Minister of Public Health of November 10, 2016 No. 3553 contained the second set of pictorial health warnings that would have been required to appeared on cigarette packaging beginning June 7, 2017. However, the decision was repealed by a decree by the Minister of Public Health dated March 31, 2017 because of some printing errors.
