Violations of vending machine and internet sales provisions are subject to imprisonment for not more than three months or a fine of not more than thirty thousand baht, or both.

Selling single sticks or otherwise dividing the contents of the pack for separate sale is subject to a fine of not more than 40,000 baht.

A violation of the prohibition on sales of ENDS, smokeless tobacco, and waterpipe and waterpipe tobacco is subject to a fine of 40,000 baht.

A person who violates location-based sales restrictions is subject to a fine of not more than 40,000 baht. If the violator is a manufacturer or importer, that person will be subject to penalties three times greater.

Any person who manufactures or imports packs of cigarettes with less than 20 cigarettes per pack is subject to a fine of not more than 300,000 baht.

Any person who sells cigarettes to a person under 20 years of age is subject to imprisonment for not more than three months or a fine of not more than thirty thousand baht, or both. If the violator is a manufacturer or an importer, that person is subject to a penalty three times greater.
