Violations of the ban on internet sales or vending machines sales are punishable by fines ranging from US$ 70.00 to US$ 500.00. This penalty applies to natural and juridical persons, even if they are irregularly established, associations without legal personality, and owners of private establishments
Violations of the sales restrictions by the tobacco industry are punishable by fines ranging from US$ 500.00 to US$ 10,000.00.
Violations of the ban on the sale of single cigarette sticks by commercial entities are punishable by fines ranging from US$ 100.00 to US$500.00.
Products and objects which are accessories to the violation may be seized, declared forfeit to the state and destroyed.

Violations of the minimum retail package size by commercial entities are punishable by fines ranging from US$ 100.00 to US$ 5,000.00.
Violations of the minimum retail package size by the tobacco industry are punishable by fines ranging from US$ 500.00 to US$ 10,000.00.

Violations of the ban on sales to persons below the age of 17 are punishable by fines ranging from US$ 70.00 to US$ 1000.00. This penalty applies to natural and juridical persons, even if they are irregularly established, associations without legal personality, and owners of private establishments.
Violations of the ban on sales to persons below the age of 17 by the tobacco industry are punishable by fines ranging from US$ 500.00 to US$ 10,000.00.
Products and objects which are accessories to the violation may be seized, declared forfeit to the state and destroyed.
