Resolution No. 071 of July 18, 2019
COMMENTS: Resolution No. 071 of July 18, 2019 establishes a comprehensive ban on tobacco advertising, promotion and sponsorship. In addition, the resolution restricts tobacco sales based on location and prohibits the sale of single cigarettes and small packets of cigarettes. The resolution repeals Resolution No. 011 of February 8, 2006 and Resolution No. 012 of February 8, 2006.
