Tobacco Product
“Tobacco products” means any product, which is completely or partly produced from raw tobacco leaves or contains raw tobacco and produced in the way to be used for smoking or absorbing or chewing or breathing into the organism, including for breathing in by producing aerosol as a result of heating tobacco raw materials.
The definition of "tobacco products" aligns with the definition provided in FCTC Art. 1(f).
Any product entirely or partly made of the leaf tobacco as a raw material which is manufactured to be used for smoking, sucking, chewing, or snuffing. (FCTC Art. 1(f))
Outside Packaging and Labeling
“Consumer container” means a container in which the product is sold, and which is not a transporting container.
The definition of “consumer container” aligns with the definition of “outside packaging and labeling” contained in FCTC Art. 11(4) in that it encompasses all packaging used in retail sale.
