Tobacco Product
“Tobacco products” means product considered for smoking (smoking product), chewing, sniffing or sucking (non-smoking product) packaged in consumer container, wholly or partially made of tobacco and/or makhorka by adding or not adding sauces and flavours.
The definition of "tobacco products" contained in the law aligns with the definition provided in FCTC Art. 1(f).
Any product entirely or partly made of the leaf tobacco as a raw material which is manufactured to be used for smoking, sucking, chewing, or snuffing. (FCTC Art. 1(f))
Outside Packaging and Labeling
“Consumer container” means individual consumer container and/or group of consumer containers.
The definition of “consumer container” contained in the law aligns with the definition of “outside packaging and labeling” contained in FCTC Art. 11(4) in that it encompasses any packaging used in retail sale.
